Swedish Massage

45 minutes: $80

1 hour: $100

Swedish Massage is a relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines an array of strokes such as effleurage (long flowing strokes) and petrissage (milking and squeezing strokes) to help the body improve circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, greater flexibility and a sense of well-being.

Myofascial Release

1 hour: $120

40 minutes: $95

Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. It does this by using massage techniques to stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Direct myofascial release is sometimes known as deep tissue work. Indirect release applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia; this allows for increased blood circulation and relief from pain.

Combining this with relaxation and deep tissue work makes for a well balanced massage treatment.

This the most requested treatment.

Deep Tissue Massage

45 minutes: $95

60 minutes: $115

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is an highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure of your comfort level. Keep in mind that soreness is often common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with flushing and removal of toxins.

Chair Massage/Office and Events

$125/1hr. $110hr/2hr. $95/hr/3 or more hrs.

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which is brought to your location. This is an excellent treatment for companies desiring to decrease the stress level of employees which often leads to chronic pain and absenteeism. Morale is boosted, the immune system charged and employees work more productively. There is no need of clothing removal and generally no oils are needed.
Chair massage is also excellent for almost all types of events that can include several people to many people. The use of other therapists is employed so time is used very efficiently. Treatments can be 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes. The most common duration is 10 minutes for very large crowds and 15 minutes for corporations.
Payment is also very flexible. Companies or employees can pay, or each can share in the fee.
Home parties are another venue, such as bridal/baby showers, birthdays, girls night out, graduation parties..... A great idea is to combine different home parties (e.g. Mary Kay and massage, Pampered Chef and massage) offering chair massage for anyone who wishes.

Set up and break down fee is $25. For events further than 20 miles from the office there is an additional travel fee of $25.

Cancer patients have unique needs which must be addressed to make sure that a massage is beneficial to their health. Deep tissue work is contraindicated.

UnMute Your Thoughts Massage

55 minutes: $90

The body holds the thoughts of the mind. The mind has an amazing ability to create an image of something it wants or doesn't want. The image can produce powerful thoughts. The thoughts are like energy. And energy is always moving. It has to go somewhere. If we are stuck in our thoughts we become frustrated. Thoughts like our bodies need to move. Coaching is highly effective in moving these thoughts out of the mind, unmuting them if you will, to bring about movement. Experience has taught me melding massage and coaching are two powerful modalities to bring about a higher vibration to open channels of energy that may be preventing us from where we are to where we want to be. The mind can't seem to get the body to move because we believe the body is preventing us. But it is really the mind, and more precisely the subconscious mind. If you are not consciously aware of something you can not change it.

The coaching journey is designed to help you become cognizant of the power you have in the words you speak. My purpose is to listen intently to what you want through questions that help reveal where you are and where you want to go and then speak it into reality. Using imagery with positive affirmation and repetition can reprogram the subconcsious mind to accept what the conscious mind desires.

Let me help you hear what you desire and connect it to making it happen.

Sessions include 30 minutes of coaching followed by 25 minutes of a relaxation massage (fully clothed) bringing conscious and subconscious mind into alignment.

Their desire is to personally and professionally grow themselves or their teams. Everyone communicates, but not everyone connects. My passion is facilitating small groups that when the conversations begin, connection takes place. Connection leads to amazing discoveries. You can go fast alone but you can go far with many.
